Guest recognition and praise lead JM Hardware® to a major order

On 9 October 2023 JM Hardware® welcomed a valued Bulgarian customer who has been working with us for eight years. The customer has been purchasing off-standard fasteners and off-standard electronic assemblies that we have developed for her. This was her first visit to our factory. The event included a factory tour, showing the production moulds, watching the production process and demonstrating the quality process control, which won the guest's full affirmation. The guest said: "Today I understand why we have been working together for 8 years without quality problems, your quality control is really reassuring. I will go back and prepare for the next big order." Xarella, General Manager of JM Hardware®, said, "We feel very honoured to be able to spend this special moment with you. We hope that this visit not only demonstrated our R&D capabilities, but also proved JM Hardware®'s commitment to constantly strive to provide the best quality and service." As expected, within a week of the guest's return, JM Hardware® received a large order from the guest covering Custom screws, Custom bolts and Non-standard assemblies.The guest's recognition and praise of our quality was the driving force behind this important breakthrough. New Customers Visit JM Hardware® Factory to Discuss Future Partnership Opportunities

September 24, 2023 JM Hardware® is pleased to announce that we welcomed 2 new customers from Indonesia, breathing new life into our partnership. During the factory tour, the JM Hardware® team showed the guests our latest technology and equipments, and how skilled staff transform raw materials into high-quality finished U bolt products. Guests were impressed with our production process, especially our dedication to quality and technological innovation. In addition, we demonstrated JM Hardware®'s main products, which include Heavy hex bolts,Hex nuts, and Custom stamped parts, etc. Guests were extremely interested in the quality and functionality of these products. Subsequently, we conducted product performance tests (tension test and hardness test on U bolts), and the guests experienced the excellent performance of the products themselves, and the results were satisfactory. The most encouraging part of the visit was the in-depth and enjoyable communication between the two parties to understand and share each other's visions and expectations. This intimate contact provides a solid foundation for future expansion of cooperation. The guest expressed that all future orders for U bolts would be placed to our company, hoping for a long-term win-win cooperation.
