A. Yes, JM initially manufactures standard bolts, nuts, screws, but in the past 11 years,JM has already developed successfully 580 customized parts in different sizes .

A. JM provides cold heading parts, hot forging parts, stamping parts, machining parts, sheet metal parts, cold working parts, Zn-Al Die casting parts ，powder metallurgy parts ,and other customized parts.

JM is capable of providing customized parts not only with single-process ,but also with a variety combined crafts.

A. JM's core products include customized parts combining several crafts such as cold heading or hot forging, stamping and mechanical processing, etc.

A. Not all customized parts cost mould fee. For example, a turning part does not need a mould yet requires the appropriate tools and fixtures. JM spends labor costs in making samples ,therefore charges certain sample fees.It will be returned after placing an order.

A. Yes, for the standard fastener,if on stock,we can provide free samples. Please kindly understand that we charge certain fees for customized samples before making.

A.Yes, all documents within our company are managed and controlled by the system, and no documents will be disclosed automatically. Please be assured that we will not give your drawings to any third party without your prior permission.

A. JM conducts quality control in strict accordance with the ISO9001 Quality Certification System. JM practices the worker's self-inspection and routing inspection on a regular basis during production, the QC strict sampling before packaging and the delivery after compliance. Each batch of products is accompanied by Inspection Certificate from JM and raw materials test report from the steel factory.

A. As long as you express the samples to us, our technical department will design the drawings, review crafts and calculate the price as soon as possible, and then our sales representative will offer you the price by E-mail.

A.For the first development of non-standard parts, we refund the mould fee in case of 2 times of nonconforming samples delivered. If you give us more chances to make the moulds, we will continue to study until success.

A.Firstly, we analyze the causes of the problem. In case of our processing errors, we will re-arrange the goods or make a full refund immediately. If the product scrap is caused by errors in the drawings provided by customers, we will negotiate separately. Any problem can be satisfactorily resolved through communication and consultations.

A.Generally, we provide commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, inspection certificates，test report of the steel and CO (if needed). If you have other special requirements, please inform us, and we will find a solution for you.

A. MOQ for non-standard fasteners: 1-2 tons acc. to the different parts,charge mould fee, which will be refunded when reaching a certain quantity, more fully described in our quotation.

B. MOQ for stamping parts : Depending on the degree of difficulty and dimensions of the parts. We will charge mould fee and refund it when reaching a certain quantity, more fully described in our quotation.

C. MOQ for turning parts is 100 pieces, charging no mould fee. But if you need samples confirming, charging the sample fee, and refund it when make the order.

A. Each factory practices its own processing mode. Although the processing equipment is almost the same, the workmanship and sense of responsibilities vary greatly. Cost performance cannot be simply decided according to prices or scale. Any products without good quality and service are one-off deal and do not last for long. The price offered by JM is not affected by other manufacturers. JM emphasizes high-quality products only, and receives every customer with the fastest speed and the warmest services, in order to make customers become our regulars.

A. We accept TT, 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, Western Union, L/C at sight.

A.EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF can be used for the global customers. JM has exported products to the United States for over a decade, and provides DDU and DDP for American customers.

A: 15-30 days for samples, 25-50 days for mass production.

A. The goods in a small capacity are packaged in cartons, and the goods in a large capacity are packaged in cartons with wooden pallets.

A. The goods in a small quantity are usually mailed via TNT, DHL, FEDEX, UPS and other courier companies recommended by you. The goods in a large quantity are usually delivered by sea or by air.

A: We have our shipping agent, who can deliver the goods at a competitive price in a very short period, or you can deliver the goods through your own agents.

A: If you need, we are willing to provide you with free samples for the standard parts. New customers are expected to pay courier fees, which will be deducted in the payment for the official orders.
