Guest recognition and praise lead JM Hardware® to a major order

On 9 October 2023 JM Hardware® welcomed a valued Bulgarian customer who has been working with us for eight years. The customer has been purchasing special fasteners and special electronic assemblies that we have developed for her.

This was her first visit to our factory. The event included a factory tour, showing the production moulds, watching the production process and demonstrating the quality process control, which won the guest's full affirmation. The guest said: "Today I understand why we have been working together for 8 years without quality problems, your quality control is really reassuring. I will go back and prepare for the next big order." Xarella, General Manager of JM Hardware®, said, "We feel very honoured to be able to spend this special moment with you. We hope that this visit not only demonstrated our R&D capabilities, but also proved JM Hardware®'s commitment to constantly strive to provide the best quality and service."

As expected, within a week of the guest's return, JM Hardware® received a large order from the guest covering Custom screws, Custom bolts and Non-standard assemblies.The guest's recognition and praise of our quality was the driving force behind this important breakthrough.
