Shanghai Jian & Mei is a professional manufacturer of high strength stud bolt , thread rods and high strength nuts for more than 8 years.
These products are mainly applied in Oil & Gas line.
They are include: Stud Bolt / rod, Heavy Hex Nut, F436 Flat washer etc. We could manufacture the size from 1/2” to 4”, from M5 to M64; Length from 50mm to 6m.
Stud bolts are produced strictly acc. to IFI-136 standard , The Grade could be ASTM A193 Gr.B7, Gr.B7M, Gr.B16. Heavy Hex Nuts are produced strictly acc. to ASME B18.2.2. The Grade could be ASTM A194 Grade 2H, Gr.4, Gr.7, Gr.7M, Gr.8, Gr.8M;
Many surface treatment could be supplied: Zinc Plated, yellow zinc plated, Black oxide, teflon, chrome and so on. We have many kinds of package to meet the different customers’ demands. The inspection certificate will be supplied before shipping.
